Processing and shipping
Every order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Every console is switched on and checked individually before it is boxed; our retro gaming consoles are delivered ready to play, and the SD card with preloaded OS is included in the versions that come with one.
During busy periods, or when new models reach the range, this step can take a few more days. If that happens, we let you know by email and keep you posted until the parcel is handed over to the carrier: no order is left without news.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 business days from payment confirmation, preparation included, depending on the destination country. The time for your country is shown on every product page and in your cart. You receive a tracking number by email while your parcel is being prepared; it goes live once the carrier collects it.
