Terms & conditions of sale

1. Seller identity

The joypadia.com website (“Joypadia”) is published and operated by the publisher identified in the site's legal notice. 2. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of the products offered on the Joypadia website to any customer (“the Customer”). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products

Joypadia offers handheld retro gaming consoles, TV game sticks and accessories, delivered ready to use with a preloaded SD card. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance and bind the seller only on the essential characteristics stated.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Any shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed. Joypadia reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the product being invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The Customer confirms the order after reviewing its details. The sale is confirmed by sending a confirmation email. Joypadia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, at the time of the order. The order is processed only after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, for an estimated delivery within 3 to 10 business days. Detailed terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, under the conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

9. Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

Joypadia cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the instructions provided. The products are intended for personal and recreational use.

11. Personal data

The Customer's data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the Joypadia website are protected under intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

13. Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
