Processing and shipping

Every order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Our retro gaming consoles are tested and delivered ready to play, with a preloaded SD card included.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days from shipment, depending on your address and the carrier. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

These times are given for guidance only; they may vary during busy periods or in the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, carrier delays, customs formalities).

Shipping fees

Applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finalize your order.

Delivery areas

We ship within France and internationally. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and receipt

If you are absent at delivery, follow the carrier's instructions shown in your tracking email. If your parcel is not delivered within a reasonable time, write to us at contact@joypadia.com: our customer service (FR/EN) will follow your case through to resolution.
